1. (a) As provided in RSA 328-J:3, the advisory board shall advise the executive director regarding the implementation of RSA 328-J, including in particular by reviewing and commenting on proposed rules and proposed revisions to rules intended to implement RSA 328-J.
2. (b) If requested by the executive director based on a determination that the expertise of the advisory board members is needed, members of the advisory board shall sit as part of a panel for an adjudicative hearing conducted pursuant to applicable provisions in Plc 200 and RSA 541-A.
3. (c) If requested by the executive director based on a determination that the expertise of the advisory board members is needed, the advisory board shall assist with an investigation commenced pursuant to RSA 310:9 and Plc 204 relative to investigations.
