“Medical imaging” means “medical imaging” as defined in RSA 328-J:1, VIII, namely “any procedure intended for use in the diagnosis or visualization of disease or other medical conditions in human beings, including, but not limited to the following modalities, radiography, nuclear medicine, fluoroscopy, magnetic resonance, and other procedures using ionizing radiation, magnetic resonance, or ultrasound.”
