An applicant for an initial or renewal license under RSA 328-H and Plc 1100 shall have the specified certification from the applicable certifying organization listed in Plc 1107.02, provided that an applicant having certification from a certifying organization not listed in Plc 1107.02 may request a waiver under Plc 211 to have the certification accepted based on a combination of education, certification by the alternate organization, and experience.
