Obligations for Renewal

Each licensed practitioner shall:

(a) Know when the individual’s current license is due to expire; and
(b) File an application for renewal prior to the expiration of the current license in accordance with Plc 1105.05 if the individual wishes to continue to practice in New Hampshire.
