Licensee Obligations for Notifications, Updates, Promotional Materials, and Posting

Each licensee shall comply with:
- (a) Plc 307.02 relative to required notifications, updates of contact information, and providing information on how complaints can be filed;
- (b) RSA 328-H:8, IV, relative to advertising and promotional materials; and
- (c) RSA 328-H:8, V, relative to posting and carrying the license.
