Any individual who meets the qualifications established in RSA 328-H:8, I and restated in Plc 1104.01 and wishes to engage in the practice of reflexology, structural integration, or Asian bodywork therapy who is not licensed in New Hampshire shall apply by complying with Plc 304.01, subject to the following:
- (a) On or with the “Reflexologists, Structural Integrators, And Asian Bodywork Therapists Supplement To Universal Application For Initial License” dated 11/2025, the applicant shall provide the information required by Plc 1104.03 and the information required by Plc 1104.04, and attest to the statements in Plc 304.05(b);
- (b) No criminal background check shall be required; and
- (c) The fee shall be the application processing and licensing fee specified in Plc 1002.47, provided that an applicant who is active military or a military spouse shall not pay the fee.
