As required by RSA 328-H:8, I, to qualify for initial licensure as a practitioner, an individual shall:
- (a) Be at least 18 years of age as of the date of application;
- (b) Hold a current certificate from a national certifying agency; and
- (c) Not have been convicted in New Hampshire or in any other jurisdiction of any crime involving violence inflicted on a person or threatened against a person, or any sexually-related crime.
