The examination fees for cosmetologists and estheticians to obtain a microblading certificate as regulated by the executive director in consultation with the advisory board of body art practitioners under RSA 314-A:2, IV, equivalent to permanent cosmetics or micropigmentation examinations, shall be as follows:

1. (a) For the written exam, $18; and
2. (b) For the practical exam, $20.
