Reinstatement in Lieu of Late Renewal

An application for renewal that is filed after the license has expired but within one year of expiration shall be accepted as an application for reinstatement under Plc 312.02, provided the application processing and licensing fee for reinstatement specified in the applicable section of Plc 1002 is filed with the application.
