- (a) Plc 1001 shall apply to persons seeking the service(s) identified in the section that establishes the fee.
- (b) Plc 1002 shall apply to applicants who apply for the type of license identified in the section that establishes the fee.
- (c) Plc 1003 shall apply to board members who seek per diems for attending board meetings and undertaking other board-related business or who seek reimbursement for expenses related to the same, as identified in the section that establishes the procedures.
- (d) Plc 1004 shall apply to applicants for licensing in a profession for which an examination is required, as identified in the section that establishes the fee.
- (e) Based on the authority conferred on the executive director by RSA 310:5, I, the fees established in this chapter shall supersede any corresponding fees established in any supported board’s rule.
