The purpose of this chapter is to:
(a) In Plc 1001, establish the fees charged by the office of professional licensure and certification (OPLC) that are related to:
(1) Services provided by or for the OPLC and by or for:
- a. The boards listed in RSA 310:2, II, hereinafter referred to as “supported boards”; and
- b. The professions listed in RSA 310:2, II that do not have an associated board;
- (2) Inspections, including inspections related to licensure and inspections not related to licensure;
- (3) Obtaining approval from a supported board for a candidate supervision agreement, where such approval is required by applicable law;
- (4) Obtaining approval from a supported board for a continuing competence provider, program, or instructor, where such approval is required by appliable law based on an application being submitted to the board for review and a decision regarding whether to approve a specific provider, program, or instructor;
- (5) Audits of continuing competence activities and records; and
- (6) Attending a board-sponsored program;
- (b) In Plc 1002, establish the fees charged by the OPLC for application processing and licensing;
- (c) In Plc 1003, establish the process for paying per diems and providing reimbursements to board members; and
- (d) In Plc 1004, establish fees for the various examinations required for licensure.
