(a) The OPLC’s offices are located at 7 Eagle Square, Concord, New Hampshire.
(b) The OPLC’s normal business hours, during which it is open to the public, are 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. on weekdays, excluding days on which state offices are closed in observance of state holidays.
(c) Correspondence that is not directed to a specific board shall be addressed to the OPLC at:

Concord, NH 03301-4980.
(d) Correspondence to a specific board shall be addressed to that board in care of the OPLC at the address listed in (c), above.
