A physical therapist assistant shall be responsible for:

1. (a) Interventions and tasks appropriate to the plan of care when they have been delegated to the physical therapist assistant by a physical therapist;
2. (b) Making a written or electronic record of their services;
3. (c) Providing information to a physical therapist about a client's health status;
4. (d) Providing discharge information when requested to do so by a physical therapist; and
5. (e) Preparing billings when requested to do so by a physical therapist or the physical therapist assistant's employer.
