Each individual licensed as a physical therapist or physical therapist assistant shall take and pass a New Hampshire jurisprudence assessment module as described below:

1. (a) The New Hampshire jurisprudence assessment module shall be taken each April, May, or June of years ending in “0” and “5”;
2. (b) Each individual licensed as a physical therapist shall be examined on the contents of RSA 328-A Physical Therapy Practice Act, Phy 100 through 500, and the American Physical Therapy Association (APTA) Code of Ethics for the Physical Therapist;
3. (c) Each individual licensed as a physical therapist assistant shall be examined on the contents of RSA 328-A Physical Therapy Practice Act, Phy 100 through 500, and the APTA Standards of Ethical Conduct for the Physical Therapist Assistant;
4. (d) The New Hampshire jurisprudence assessment module shall be developed and administered by the Federation of State Boards of Physical Therapy (FSBPT) and the results sent directly to the OPLC;
5. (e) The New Hampshire jurisprudence assessment module shall be open book and available on a secure web site;
6. (f) The New Hampshire jurisprudence assessment module shall be taken individually without consulting others; and
7. (g) An individual shall achieve a passing score of at least 80 percent.
