“Sexual misconduct” means engaging in one or more of the following activities with respect to a client:
- (a) Engaging in or soliciting a sexual relationship with a client, whether consensual or non-consensual, while the physical therapist-client or physical therapist assistant-client relationship exists;
- (b) Making sexual advances, requesting sexual favors or engaging in other verbal conduct or physical contact of a sexual nature with a client; or
- (c) Intentionally viewing a completely or partially disrobed client in the course of treatment if the viewing is not related to client diagnosis or treatment.
