- (a) Any individual who has an active, unencumbered license in good standing in another U.S. jurisdiction not covered by Plc 313.47, and who wishes to practice the profession in New Hampshire and has applied for or is applying for a regular license pursuant to Plc 304 shall provide the information, signature, and attestation required pursuant to Plc 305.03, Plc 305.04, and Plc 305.05.
- (b) Applications for temporary licensure shall be processed as required by Plc 305.06.
- (c) A temporary license issued pursuant to Plc 305.06 shall remain valid as stated in Plc 305.07.
