Applicants for initial licensure as physical therapists or physical therapy assistants who have been educated outside of the United States shall submit with the application an evaluation of the applicant’s credentials by the Foreign Credentialing Commission on Physical Therapy (FCCPT), available at https://www.fccpt.org/ as required by Plc 303.03(b).
