The board has the responsibility to:

1. (a) Establish the eligibility requirements for initial licensure;
2. (b) Establish the eligibility requirements for license renewal, including any continuing competency requirements and any requirements for education, clinical experience, and training;
3. (c) Regulate the practice of physical therapy by interpreting and enforcing RSA 328-A:3, II; and
4. (d) Provide for the criteria of examinations for physical therapists and physical therapist assistants and adopt passing scores for these examinations.
