A pharmacist shall not dispense or sell to the public any drug which is adulterated, misbranded, or has been previously sold and returned to stock. After notice and opportunity for a hearing, a pharmacist who is found by the board to have knowingly dispensed or otherwise sold for consumption an adulterated, misbranded drug, or previously sold drug, shall be subject to disciplinary action according to RSA 318:29.
