Pursuant to Ph 601.06, every person, or corporate entity that is not a licensed pharmacy, engaged in supplying medical gases to the consuming public, or to a patient or a patient's agent, in the state of New Hampshire, shall renew biennially with the board as a limited retail drug distributor no later than June 15th of every odd-numbered year.
