1. (a) Following the applicant's conference, the proposed site shall be inspected by one or more board members or compliance inspectors to determine if the premises are secure and suitable, as set forth in the NH pharmacy application information according to the provisions of Ph 702, for the operation of a pharmacy and that the required professional library material, according to Ph 702.07 (c) & (d), is available.
2. (b) Within the 60 day period after the issuance of the temporary permit as required by Ph 305.03, an inspector or a board member or both shall inspect the pharmacy. The full operation of the pharmacy shall be examined for compliance with federal and state statutes and rules governing the practice of pharmacy to ensure public protection.
