1. (a) Instead of retaking the NAPLEX examination required by Ph 301.03, a candidate may transfer the actual score he or she attained on the NAPLEX administered by a state other than New Hampshire, provided that:

   1. (1) The candidate is still duly licensed and is in good standing in that state; and
   2. (2) All other New Hampshire pharmacist licensing requirements have been met.
