“Central processing pharmacy” means a licensed pharmacy, in this or any other state, district, or commonwealth of the United States, that engages in prescription review by performing functions that include but are not limited to:

1. (a) Data entry;
2. (b) Prospective drug review;
3. (c) Refill authorizations;
4. (d) Therapeutic interventions;
5. (e) Patient counseling;
6. (f) Claims submission;
7. (g) Claims resolution; and
8. (h) Claims adjudication.
