1. (a) Any licensee that intends to cease business activity shall inform the board, in writing, no less than 30-days prior to the anticipated closing.
2. (b) If the records of receipt and disposition are maintained electronically, a complete record of transactions, for the current 2 year period, shall be reduced to printed form prior to the actual close of business.
