1. (a) The following records shall be kept in permanent form:

   1. (1) Records of inspection and maintenance for each containment structure and for each stationary bulk container and its appurtenances, including the:

      1. a. Name of the person conducting the inspection or maintenance;
      2. b. Date;
      3. c. Conditions noted; and
      4. d. Maintenance performed;

   2. (2) Records of inventory and reconciliation, including for each applicable stationary bulk container:

      1. a. Name of the product stored;
      2. b. Quantity measured at previous inventory;
      3. c. Quantities dispensed from or added to container; and
      4. d. Reconciliation with quantity measured at the most recent inventory; and
   3. (3) Records of the duration over which undiluted pesticide remains in any bulk container that is not protected by a secondary containment structure that satisfies the requirements of this part.
2. (b) The records included in (a) above shall be kept and made available for inspection for at least 3 years at the facility or the nearest office from which the facility is administered.
