Secondary Containment Areas For Dry Pesticides

Any stationary dry bulk container that holds dry pesticide shall be:
- (a) Protected by a secondary containment area which is sufficient to contain 100% of the volume of the largest stationary dry bulk container within the secondary containment area;
- (b) Protected from wind and precipitation; and
- (c) Placed on pallets or raised concrete platforms.
