Upon request, the division shall disclose the following non-confidential information to any member of the public:

1. (a) Position information, including:

   1. (1) Job title and position number;
   2. (2) Position expiration date, if the position is temporary or seasonal and has an established end date;
   3. (3) Pay band assigned to the position; and

   4. (4) Status of the position, including whether the position is:

      1. a. Full-time;
      2. b. Permanent;
      3. c. Part-time; or
      4. d. Temporary;

2. (b) Employee personal information, including:

   1. (1) Name;
   2. (2) Date of hire;
   3. (3) Date of any leave of absence taken by the employee, but not the reason for taking a leave of absence; and
   4. (4) Date of separation from state service, but not the reason for separation;

3. (c) Pay information, including:

   1. (1) Wage schedule to which the position is assigned;
   2. (2) Hourly rate;
   3. (3) Shift differential, if assigned to the position;
   4. (4) Institutional pay, if assigned to the position;
   5. (5) Pay increment date; and
   6. (6) Pay band and step assigned to the employee; and

4. (d) Funding information, including:

   1. (1) Name of agency;
   2. (2) Funding source or money class; and
   3. (3) Organizational unit in which the position is located.
