N.H. Code Admin. R. Per 102.63
“Overtime” means time actually worked and any time defined as “time worked” pursuant to any applicable collective bargaining agreement for which payment at a rate not less than time and one-half an employee’s regular rate of pay for the job being performed is required under the Fair Labor Standards Act or any applicable collective bargaining agreement.
