“Family member” means and includes the spouse, children, mother-in-law, father-in-law, parents, step-parents, step-children, step-brothers, step-sisters, grandparents, grandchildren, brothers, sisters, legal guardians, daughters-in-law, sons-in-law, and foster children of the employee.
