If a mooring permit holder fails to remove the mooring block and tackle or other mooring equipment in accordance with Pda 510.06, the division shall cause the block and tackle or other mooring equipment to be removed. Any fees incurred as a result of the division’s removal of the block and tackle or other mooring equipment shall be the responsibility of the mooring permit holder.
