“Collective mooring area” means the shorefront property mooring area of a marina or condominium within which the holder of a commercial mooring for hire mooring permit(s) is authorized to set commercial moorings for hire in accordance with a mooring plan approved by the authority pursuant to Pda 506.09(h).
