In order to maintain updated contact and business information with the division, any person appointed as a pilot under Pda 305.01 shall notify the division in writing, within 30 days of the change, of any changes to information provided on an application form under Pda 306.01(b)(4)-(10), Pda 306.02(b)(4)-(10), and Pda 306.03(b)(4)-(10).
