In addition to the requirements of Pda 305.06, an applicant for an initial appointment shall provide proof in accordance with Pda 306.01(f)(7) that:

1. (a) The applicant has made a minimum of 100 round-trip passages in the 36 months preceding the date of receipt of the application by the division as a pilot trainee in the wheelhouse under the direction and control of a pilot appointed pursuant to RSA 12-G:47 or former RSA 271-A:5;
2. (b) At a minimum, 25 of the required 100 round-trip passages under (a) above were passages made during the hours of darkness;
3. (c) At a minimum, 30 of the required 100 round-trip passages under (a) above were made in the 12 months preceding the date of receipt of the application by the division; and
4. (d) Each round-trip passage under (a), (b), and (c) above was made in a vessel applicable to the class of appointment for which the applicant is applying.
