1. (a) All applications for registration shall be accompanied by the appropriate fee, established by the board pursuant to the authority of RSA 225-A:16.

2. (b) Each lift shall have a fee equal to the larger amount of $245 or the amount determined as follows:

   1. (1) The lift slope length, as indicated in design drawings, shall be multiplied by the applicable lift-type factor from Table 3.1:

      Gondola or detachable chairlift

   2. (2) The length, as modified above, shall be multiplied by the fees as follows, beginning in each fiscal year noted in Table 3.2:

      FY 25 $0.61 per foot

      FY 27 $0.68 per foot

      FY 29 $0.75 per foot

      FY 31 $0.82 per foot

3. (c) When an operator operates a chairlift, gondola, aerial tramway, conveyor, or other type of lift or conveyance during both the winter and summer seasons, the annual fee shall increase to one and one quarter the amount listed for the lift.
