1. (a) Except as otherwise provided in these rules, a registration shall only be issued to an area operator whose passenger tramway meets the minimum requirements set forth in Pas 300.
2. (b) Prior to initial registration of a new, modified or relocated passenger tramway, a form Pas 5 “Tramway Application / Registration Certificate”, revised 1/2022, and all submissions required in Pas 306 shall be submitted to the board with the appropriate fee pursuant to Pas 303.03.
3. (c) To renew a passenger tramway registration, a form Pas 5 “Tramway Application / Registration Certificate”, revised 1/2022, shall be submitted to the board with the appropriate fee pursuant to Pas 303.03.
