Voluntary Production of Information

- (a) Each party shall attempt in good faith to make complete and timely responses to requests for the voluntary production of information or documents relevant to the hearing.
- (b) Where a dispute between parties arises with respect to a request for the voluntary production of information or documents, any party may file a motion to compel the production of the requested information under Par 209.02.
