Appearance and Representation

If the parolee is represented by counsel, the counsel shall file an appearance that includes the following information:
- (a) A brief identification of the matter;
- (b) A statement as to whether the attorney is licensed to practice in New Hampshire; and
- (c) The attorney’s daytime address and telephone number.
