Obligation to Obey

- (a) The ethical standards set forth in this part shall bind all licensees and out of state contact lens dispensers permitted to sell in this state by the board.
- (b) Violation of any requirement set forth in this part shall constitute unprofessional conduct pursuant to RSA 327:20, II(c).
- (c) Conduct proscribed by these ethical standards, when performed by a licensee, shall be a basis for initiating disciplinary proceedings as set out in Plc 200.
