1. (a) The board shall place a licensee on inactive status pursuant to RSA 332-G:7, II upon receipt of:

   1. (1) A written request; and
   2. (2) Proof of active duty service in the Armed Forces of the United States.

2. (b) The board shall return an inactive licensee to active status upon receipt of:

   1. (1) Payment of the renewal fee;
   2. (2) Proof of completion of the continuing education requirements pursuant to Opt 402; and
   3. (3) Proof that the licensee has not been discharged from service in the Armed Forces of the United States for more than one year.
