Application Process

- (a) Any person who is not licensed as an optometrist in any state or other jurisdiction and who wishes to apply for a license in New Hampshire shall do so by submitting the application required by Opt 301.02, and the application fees required by Plc 1001.08 and Plc 1002.37.
- (b) The application and supporting documents shall be processed in accordance with Plc 304.06 through Plc 304.11.
