1. (a) With the exception of requests submitted by the department, requests for reimbursement shall be submitted within one year of completing corrective action.
2. (b) Requests for reimbursement for third-party damage costs shall be submitted within 60 days of notice of a final court order or court approved settlement for bodily injury costs or property damage costs as defined in this chapter.
3. (c) An owner may submit a request for reimbursement for third-party damage costs only if notification was provided pursuant to Odb 408.01.
4. (d) An owner or applicant may submit a request for reimbursement only if the limits of coverage under other valid and collectible policies of insurance held by the owner, are reached.
5. (e) An applicant may only submit a request for reimbursement for services provided by the applicant, including subcontractors and suppliers.
