“Corrective action” means activities performed in accordance with department rules to contain a discharge or remedy contamination including reasonable restoration of property damaged while performing corrective action, which is not covered under an owner’s or corrective action service provider’s insurance. Corrective action does not include restoration of property damaged by a discharge.
