Licensees shall:
- (a) Maintain their current business address, home addresses, and e-mail address with the OPLC;
- (b) Notify the OPLC of any change in addresses listed in (a) above no later than 30 days from the date of the change; and
- (c) Retain documentation of their continuing professional education and professional activities for at least 3 years.
