To qualify to supervise occupational therapy assistants individuals shall be:
- (a) Currently licensed in New Hampshire as an occupational therapist for a minimum of one year;
- (b) Not under disciplinary investigation by the OPLC, another state or jurisdiction, or under pending disciplinary charges in the facilities where supervision is to take place; and
(c) Not related in any of the following ways to the occupational therapy assistants being supervised:
- (1) Spouse;
- (2) Parent, step-parent, parent-in-law, or step-parent in-law;
- (3) Natural, foster or adopted child, or stepchild;
- (4) Sibling, brother-in-law, or sister-in-law;
- (5) First or second cousin;
- (6) Grandparent; or
- (7) Aunt or uncle.
