Occupational therapy services can be provided without a referral, subject to regulatory and payer requirements pursuant to RSA 326-C:2. A referral shall not be required for a licensed occupational therapist to provide:

1. (a) Consultation;
2. (b) Screening, evaluation, and re-evaluation of clients;
3. (c) Wellness services;
4. (d) Prevention services; and
5. (e) Special education related occupational therapy services.
