Definitions

"Sexual misconduct" means engaging in one or more of the following activities with respect to a client:

(a) Engaging in sexual relations, whether consensual or non-consensual;
(b) Making sexual advances;
(c) Requesting sexual favors; or
(d) Engaging in physical contact of a sexual nature.
