Renewal Application Processing Procedures

- (a) The OPLC shall process applications for license renewal in accordance with Plc 308.09 and Plc 308.11.
- (b) A renewal applicant wishing to challenge the denial of an application for license renewal shall complete and submit a “Petition for Hearing After Initial Denial of Licensure” as required by Plc 308.12.
