“Occupational therapy” means “occupational therapy” as defined in RSA 326-C:1, IV, namely “the care and services provided by an occupational therapist or occupational therapy assistant who are licensed pursuant to this chapter. Areas of occupation include but are not limited to:

1. (a) Activities of daily living, which are the routine activities a person completes to meet their basic health and survival needs.
2. (b) Instrumental activities of daily living, which are activities a person completes to live independently and participate in the community.
3. (c) Health management.
4. (d) Rest and sleep.
5. (e) Education.
6. (f) Work.
7. (g) Play.
8. (h) Leisure.
9. (i) Social participation.”
