1. (a) Nurse education programs with approval pursuant to Nur 603.04 may seek to add nurse externship programs to its clinical learning program.
2. (b) Nurse education programs shall submit written notice of the addition of a nurse externship program pursuant to Nur 602.16.
3. (c) The board may, upon notice and an opportunity to be heard, revoke the approval of the nurse extern program if any nurse extern or nurse extern preceptor commits any act that would be subject to discipline under RSA 326-B:37 or Nur 402.04(b). The nurse extern preceptor shall be responsible for the nurse extern’s conduct during the duration of the approved nurse externship agreement as it pertains to the scope of the externship agreement.
