- (a) The ethical requirements set forth in this part shall bind all licensees and certificate holders and, as applicable, applicants for a license.
- (b) Violations of any of the rules in this part shall be included within the scope of the term "unprofessional conduct" as used in RSA 326-B:37, II(h) and shall result in disciplinary action by the board.
